A MUST for me as an endometriosis sufferer
Remains for me the No. 1 in the category "Golden Milk": It tastes delicious, better than if you mix it yourself. I drink it in almond or oat milk. Since the turmeric content is somewhat low, I add extra turmeric - but is a matter of taste and health (turmeric has an anti-inflammatory effect in the body, for me with endometriosis a MUST).

Product is as described. Practical would be a zipper closure. Taste of course something to get used to but totally fine!

To try a golden milk for the first time, I chose this blend from Koro. The fine powder dissolves super and is very pleasant spicy taste. At the first attempt I kept to the dosage of the product description. 1 tablespoon to 1 cup is too much. It tastes too intense and there remains a strange mouthfeel. In other (similar) blends, 1 teaspoon per cup is recommended and it tastes good! Please check the information again here. From the mixture, however, I am thrilled.

Super! Ich mische es mit etwas Kokosöl zu einer Paste an, süße es etwas mit Kokosblütenzucker/Agavendicksaft und gieße es mit aufgeschaumter Hafermilch auf. Dann mache ich entweder noch nen Schuss Kaffee oder schwarzen Tee rein und es schmeckt köstlich!
