Carrot Cake Porridge

A porridge variant with carrot sounds like a nice change.

Carrot Cake Porridge

Ingredients

  • Rolledoats: 50 g
  • vegetable drink (here: coconut milk): 200 ml
  • carrot: 1 piece
  • Low-fat curd cheese: 50 g
  • vanilla protein powder: 15 g
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • yogurt (here: coconut yogurt): 50 g

Preparation

Step 1

Finely grate the carrots and bring to the boil with the oatmeal and milk and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Once the porridge has thickened, turn off the heat and add salt and low-fat curd.

Step 3

Finally, stir in the protein powder and top with the yogurt.

Step 4

If necessary, sweeten with a little honey.
