- rolled oats: 2 cups
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: 0.5 tsp
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
- ripe bananas: 2.5 pieces
- Honey: 0.25 cup
- Eggs: 2 pieces
- Coconut oil: 2 tsp
- chocolate chips: 0.25 cup
- chopped walnuts: 1 cup
Preparation
Step 1
Grind the rolled oats into flour in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and blend.
Step 2
Then stir in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a baking tin. If you like, you can place a banana cut in half on top as decoration.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
