Here you will find our delicious puree from roasted macadamia nuts. If you still insist on making your own macadamia mush, you can of course also use the half and whole kernels for this. All you have to do is roast the nuts in the oven at medium heat (approx. 160 degrees Celsius) for 10-15 minutes and then let them cool down. The rest of the work is done by your high-performance blender: Simply blend the roasted nuts until a homogeneous mass is formed. We like to leave our nut pure e natural, i.e. without any additives. But of course you are free to add some honey or salt.
