Made from olive wood, our chopping board is convenient and looks amazing at the same time! Since wood is a natural product, different colours and marblings can be found in each board, making every unit unique! The size can also vary slightly, between 42 and 45 cm. You can use the board to serve your home-made pizzas or cakes at the next family or friends gathering. And with the built in juice groove, any potential vegetable juices, oils and such will be caught, keeping everything nice and clean!
Olive wood boards – cleaning and maintenance
So you can enjoy our olive wood board for as long as possible, you should follow a few simple rules: after each use, rinse the board under warm water with a bit of washing up liquid and dry it. Do not soak the board and protect it, if possible, from excessive sunlight. And do not put the board in the dishwasher, wash it exclusively by hand! To keep the board shiny for a long time, you can occasionally rub it with some (olive) oil, which prevents it from drying up. A nice gift for hobby cooks
The olive wood grain is totally beautiful. Since I also already own the matching wooden spoons, I have struck directly when I saw the cutting board. I will give it away at Christmas, because a good board is welcome in any kitchen and has in this look definitely style! The shape is unusual which makes it even more special and is solid and stable. You can see that it was lightly oiled before delivery, which you should do occasionally with wooden boards.
