Here is where oats grow
Sowing takes place at the beginning of March, as with oats the rule is, the sooner, the better. In Europe, oats grow in Irland, Germany, Scotland, Wales, France, the South of Sweden, but they are also cultivated in North America and West Asia.
The plant
Oat is a summer plant and is therefore quite sensitive to cold temperatures. Blossoming between June and August, this plant is characterised by its hanging panicles.
Harvest takes place in summer
Harvesting normally begins around the middle of August, but, if the weather has been good, can be ready for it even earlier in the year.
Oats are then rolled!
Rolled oat flakes come from the whole seed, whose core is peeled and briefly treated with moist heat
Basically, to make oat drink you just need to soak the oats in water. The resulting mixture is then pureed, treated with enzymes, and heated, in a process also called fermentation
the enzymes split the oatmeal's starch into small pieces. The oil that is then added acts as an emulsifier and ensures the milk's creamy consistency. Once filtered, our oat milk is packed and on its way to you!

The oat milk itself is really delicious and not too sweet. The consistency is great and does not flocculate as much as you know from some others.
However, the packaging must be improved: By opening apparently the cardboard around the cap is damaged, so that the layers begin to separate and soak up with moisture.

The slightly sweetened Koro oat drink tastes great with cereal, shakes and coffee! Can be foamed up great, although not declared as 'Barista'. The price is also justified. Will buy the product again.

Good oat milk, reasonable price, tastes good. I do not drink it pure, but take it for mueslis and bowls. But even pure it tastes deliciously sweet.

Unfortunately, a little more expensive than the cheap in the usual drugstores, etc., but also tastier ? The sugar content with 4.4g per 100ml is not the highest grad is on the market in oat milk. Even less sugar from fermentation would be top. Alpro has one with 0 sugar from the fermentation process. Maybe that would be a new product for you!

Good and practical
I ordered the oat milk when it was on sale and cost less than one euro per piece. For this, the price-performance ratio was really top. Whether it would be worth to me also 1.30 € per piece, I have not yet decided, because oat milk can be much cheaper in retail. It is to minimum very practical to have directly so much oat milk. Half a star deduction (you can unfortunately only deduct whole) there is for the packaging, because as already shown in a review the cardboard at the closure is somewhat siffig.

Tastes good, but is too watery for me. There are better and cheaper alternatives.
