Slice the pears and "cook" them in the toaster.
Stir together a kind of "cream cheese" from cashew puree, coconut milk and lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Spread the cream cheese on the rice cakes, place the pear slices on top and top with coconut blossom syrup, berries and cacao nibs.
