Everyone loves banana bread! Especially when it can be prepared in a few minutes, without much effort and is also wholesome. A really ideal snack for in between, which sweetens the day. Here you will find an uncomplicated recipe for the delicious banana pastry that you can also take to the next birthday or the next coffee round. Have fun with the recipe!
- 120 g finely ground oatmeal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp coconut blossom sugar
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1 banana
- 40 gchopped hazelnuts
- 3 tsp (almond) milk
- 1 pinch of salt
First you should put the ground oats, cinnamon, salt and coconut blossom sugar in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then you can add the agave syrup to the mixture. Then add the mashed banana and the chopped nuts and mix them into the dough with a dash of milk. Use your hands to form small square pieces from the mixture and put them in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. When the banana pastry is ready, melt chocolate drops over a water bath and dip the banana bread pieces in it. The healthy snack is ready - you can score with it anytime and anywhere!
