Berries Protein Smoothie Bowl

With this berry protein smoothie bowl you sweeten your start into the day in a particularly healthy way. This pink portion of protein is not only a real firecracker with its nutrients. It is also vegan and can be prepared really super fast!

Ingredients:

  • 400g silken tofu
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 150g frozen berries (e.g. strawberries and raspberries)
  • 50g frozen cauliflower
  • 1-2 tbsp vegan protein powder (neutral or vanilla)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 handful of soy protein crispies
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries

Preparation

Using a blender or food processor, blend the silken tofu, frozen bananas, frozen berries, frozen cauliflower, vegan protein powder and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Then you put everything in a bowl and finally you can garnish your vegan berry protein smoothie bowl with the remaining ingredients according to your taste. Instead of the fresh raspberries, our freeze-dried raspberries are also particularly suitable for this!
