Ingredients:
- 2 stalks of celery
- 4 large spinach leaves
- ½ cup parsley
- 2 tsp. wheatgrass powder or barley grass powder
- 100 ml water
Preparation
First you should wash celery, spinach leaves and parsley thoroughly. Then puree all the ingredients in a blender. On hot summer days, it is recommended to replace some of the water with crushed ice. Celery is not everyone's cup of tea. To soften the taste a bit, you can also prepare this smoothie with almond or hazelnut milk.
