
Ingredients for 6 muffins:
- 150g applesauce
- 50g low fat curd
- 60goat flakes
- 15gcoconut flour
- 10g coconutchips
- 15gchocolate drops
- a dash of(coconut) water(10-15ml)
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- optional sweetener (e.g. erythritol orcoconut blossom sugar)
Preparation
Put the oat flakes in a blender, grind finely and set aside. In the same way, grind the coconut chips and the chocolate drops in the blender. Now add all the ingredients together and mix well with a spoon. Pour the batter into 6 silicone muffin cups and bake for approx. 20 min at 170Β°C (test with chopsticks - the muffins should be fluffy, but not crumbly).
