A quick and easy to prepare dip that is not only perfect for the next barbecue buffet or party, but also simply makes a great figure at dinner. Tomato with a salty feta touch and olives - super tasty!
Ingredients (for 1 dip):
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g cream cheese
- 5 dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 tablespoons oil of the dried tomatoes
- 10 olives (black or green) (pitted)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (dried)
Put the feta in a blender with the dried tomatoes, olives, tomato paste and cream cheese.
Mix everything well.
Then you add the Italian herbs and the oil of the dried tomatoes and mix everything again.
If you like the dip liquid, just add some oil.
