With lentils, ginger and spices of your choice, you can quickly prepare a fiery soup.

This creamy and fiery soup is super quick to make thanks to fewer ingredients and hardly any prep time. It tastes especially fine with some mild soy yogurt, a slice of whole wheat bread and salad. Mmh, delicious!

Ingredients for 1 to 2 servings


  • Wash the lentils and simmer in water with the peeled and chopped ginger for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Then puree the softened lentils and ginger.
  • Season your soup according to your taste.
  • Suitable toppings for are, for example, cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds or chia seeds.
