
Ingredients
- Apple pulp: 200 g
- almond paste: 1 tbsp.
- (almond) milk : 6 tbsp.
- Low-fat quark: 1 tbsp.
- Erythritol: 2 tbsp.
- almond flour (de-oiled): 60 g
- tender oat flakes: 30 g
- protein powder (Whey-Casein) "cinnamon-sugar": 50 g
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- cinnamon: 0.5 pinch
- Salt: 1 pinch
- Christmas spice mix, gingerbread spice: 1 tsp.
- Orange seed: 10 g
- Raisins: 10 g
- Cranberries (dried): 10 g
- Soft dates: 2 pieces
- walnuts: 15 g
- chopped hazelnuts: 15 g
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C O-/U-heat
Step 2
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Step 3
Mix the dry ingredients (except for the fruits & nuts) separately and add to the wet ingredients.
Step 4
Mix everything together until homogeneous and fold in the nuts and dried fruit.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a (silicone) loaf pan.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 min (cover in between if necessary).
Step 7
Cool and let taste!
