
Ingredients
- Banana : 1 piece
- frozen mango : 150 g
- a handful of baby spinach: 1 piece
- cucumber : 0.35 piece
- almond paste : 2 tbsp
- spirulina: 0.5 tsp
- coconut water: 100 ml
- hemp seeds: 1 tsp
- Cashew nuts: 1 tbsp
- Coconut chips: 0.5 tbsp
- Blueberries : 0.5 handfuls
- blackberries : 0.5 handful
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the banana and put it in a blender together with the frozen mango.
Step 2
Wash the baby spinach and cucumber and also put them in the blender with all the other ingredients.
Step 3
Add coconut water and blend on high speed until you get a smooth creamy consistency.
Step 4
Pour into bowls or glasses as desired and top with nuts, seeds, mush or fruit.
