- Rolled oats: 130 g
- Oat drink: 200 ml
- Flaxseed: 2 tbsp.
- banana, ripe: 1.5 pcs.
- Baking powder: 1 tsp.
- Blueberries: to taste
- Almond paste: to taste
- date syrup: to taste
Place rolled oats and flax seeds in a high-powered blender and blend on high speed until flour is formed.
Then add 1 mashed banana, baking powder and oat milk and blend until homogeneous.
Put mixture in small blobs in a pan and fry in a little coconut oil.
Top with almond paste, blueberries, banana and date syrup.
