Pancakes - everyone knows them, the fluffy dessert from the USA. Today we have for you a really delicious recipe based on oatmeal. The KoRo Pancakes offer the basis for a great start to the day, are prepared quickly with only 5 basic ingredients and are delicious to melt away. Depending on your taste and diet, they can be prepared vegan without any problems. We wish good success and bon appétit!
Ingredients (for 4-6 pancakes):
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 ripe bananas
- 1 cup (vegetable) milk
- 50 g chocolate drops
- Some coconut oil for frying
First, blend the oatmeal into flour in a high-powered blender. Now mix the oat flakes together with the bananas and the milk to a dough. Fold in the chocolate drops (if the dough is too tough, just add a little more milk). Now you can turn on the hotplate and melt the coconut oil in a pan. When the pan is hot enough, you can add the batter little by little. To do this, add about 1-2 large tablespoons of the mixture to the pan per pancake. Fry the pancakes for about 1-2 minutes per side over medium heat until golden brown. Finally, you should lightly heat the raspberries. Now you just have to arrange the pancakes on a plate and garnish with cacao nibs, hot raspberries, fruits, berries, coconut blossom sugar and coconut chips.
