
Ingredients
- Can of chickpeas, drained: 1 piece
- Chia seeds, ground + 2 tbsp. water: 1 tbsp.
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp.
- White almond meal: 50 g
- Erythritol: 100 g
- Almond flour: 50 g
- Lemon zest:
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in order in a food processor to form a dough.
Step 2
With wet hands form corners, if desired also press a filling (e.g. piece of chocolate) into it.
Step 3
Place on a baking tray with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
Step 4
Let the corners cool completely, otherwise they will still be very soft and brittle.
