Matcha hazelnut latte

It's cold outside and you feel like a hot drink? Then you're in the right place with this matcha latte variation.

Matcha hazelnut latte


  • ½ tsp matcha
  • 60 ml water
  • ½ tsp hazelnut puree
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp agave syrup



  1. Bring the water to a boil. Then pour the hot water into a heat-stable glass, allow to cool briefly and stir in the matcha powder.
  2. Heat 50 ml of milk (of the total 200 ml) in a saucepan while stirring. Stir in the hazelnut puree and the agave syrup.
  3. Add the hazelnut milk to the matcha mixture.
  4. Froth the remaining milk in a milk frother and pour into the glass. Finally, serve.
