Strawberry layered dessert

Ingredients

For the base:
  • Chickpea flour: 70 g
  • soy yogurt: 30 g
  • Baking powder: 3 g
  • water: 50 ml
  • Vanilla flavor powder: 3 g

Fruit layer:

  • pureed strawberries: 100 g
  • Vegan cake flavor (o.a. gelling agent): 10 g

Vanilla curd:

  • Soy yogurt: 150 g
  • Vegan protein powder vanilla: 15 g
  • Vanilla powder: 1 pinch(s)
  • Vanilla flavor powder: 2 g

Strawberry Sauce:

  • Strawberry fruit powder: 6 g
  • Water: 50 ml

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the base and pour the dough into a small baking dish.

Step 2

Mix the strawberry layer, spread it on the dough.

Step 3

Put the dessert in the oven at 180Β° C convection oven for about 15-20 min.

Step 4

In the meantime, mix the yogurt cream.

Step 5

Spread it on the baked base and strawberry layer.

Step 6

Add optional toppings.
