
Dessert in small appetizer form. With our stuffed dates, you'll be happy to help yourself several times. Of course, the recipe also works with other fruits. You can also try out different variations of nut puree - e.g. cashew puree, almond puree or hazelnut puree. Try it out!
Ingredients
- 6 Medjool dates
- 6 tsp. peanut butter
- 100 g frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Roasted peanut kernels
Preparation
- For the chia jam, heat the frozen raspberries in a saucepan. Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup and continue to simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Cut the dates in half, remove the seeds and fill each with a spoonful of peanut puree, as well as the homemade jam.
- Chop the (roasted) peanut kernels and sprinkle on top.
