- Coconut flour: 1 tbsp.
- Soy flour: 1 tbsp.
- Tigernut flour: 1 tbsp.
- Sunflower seeds: 1 tbsp.
- Apricot kernels: 1 tbsp.
- mulberries: 1 tbsp.
- Psyllium husk powder: 1 tsp
- baking powder: 0.5 tsp
- Salt: 1 pinch
- Mango Passion Fruit Yogurt: 8 tbsp.
- Egg : 1 piece
Preparation
Step 1
Separate the egg and mix the yolk with the remaining ingredients. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
Step 2
Using a tablespoon or wet hands, form small rolls and place them on flax seeds, sunflower seeds or other seeds of your choice. Then sprinkle with granola mixture or sunflower seeds.
Step 3
Bake the rolls at 160°C for about 20-30 minutes until they are crispy and lightly browned.
