- Rolled oats: 35 g
- Oat drink: 120 ml
- Water: 100 ml
- Flaxseed 10 g
- Pudding powder vanilla: 20 g
- Protein powder vanilla: 20 g
- Banana: 0.5 piece
- Erythritol: 1 tsp
- Cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Brown almond paste
- Date hazelnut cream
- Blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Bring oatmeal and flaxseed with water and milk to a boil in a saucepan, then simmer over medium heat.
Step 2
Mix pudding powder with protein powder and 100ml water and add to the porridge.
Step 3
Bring porridge to a boil again, stirring constantly, until it reaches a thick consistency.
Step 4
For the caramelized banana: cut the banana into small pieces and sauté in a pan with a little oil, erythritol and cinnamon.
Step 5
Pour porridge into a bowl and top with banana, peanut butter and blueberries and enjoy.
