
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 150g brown mushrooms
- 1/2 small onion
- 200ml vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons white almond paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp yeast flakes
- 1 tsp tamari
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- salt & pepper
Preparation
First, slice the mushrooms, peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté both in a pan with a little water or oil for a few minutes. Mix vegetable broth with almond paste and add to the mushrooms. Stir in garlic powder, yeast flakes and tamari and let the sauce simmer for about 5-10 minutes, adding more almond paste if necessary if it is still too liquid. Chop the fresh parsley and add to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
