
Ingredients
- Spelt flour: 150 g
- Oat flour: 100 g
- Cinnamon: 2 tsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- Baking powder: 2 tsp
- Oat milk: 100 ml
- apple cider vinegar: 1 tsp
- melted coconut oil: 40 g
- coconut blossom sugar: 50 g
- banana (decoration): 1 piece
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. To make vegan buttermilk, first mix the oat milk with the apple cider vinegar and set aside.
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mash the banana in a smaller bowl and add coconut oil, coconut sugar and the "buttermilk".
Step 3
Stir the whole mixture just briefly until everything is blended.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake for 40-45 minutes.
