- pistachio puree: 6 tablespoons
- sweetened condensed milk: 2 cans
- whipped cream: 400 g
- white chocolate: 100 g
- chopped pistachios: 200 g
- vanilla paste: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch
Whip the cream with a pinch of salt until stiff and carefully mix it with sweetened condensed milk.
Then add some vanilla and chopped pistachios. I ordered 100% pistachio puree from the internet and stirred it in generously.
Melt a bar of white chocolate and stir it into the ice cream mixture as well.
Then everything must only in the freezer and freeze a few hours. a worry, you do not even have to stir in between, because by the sweetened condensed milk nothing crystallizes and the ice cream is super creamy!
