The spirulina gives you a proper superfood kick and with the almond milk and the dates you are also completely vegan and sugar-free on the road. Don't miss out on this flavor explosion!
Ingredients (for one glass):
- 300 ml almond milk
- 40 g cocoa butter
- At least 5 large mint leaves
- 3 dates
- 1 tsp (blue) spirulina
Deco:
- Blueberries
- Mint
- 1 tablespoon chocolate drops
Preparation
First, put the almond milk and the cocoa butter in a saucepan and heat it up, stirring constantly, until the cocoa butter has melted. Let the mixture cool down and stir occasionally. In the meantime, you can heat the chocolate drops in a water bath and spread the liquid chocolate around the rim of the glass with a spoon. The glass should then be placed in the refrigerator. Now put the cooled almond milk into a blender with the cocoa butter, mint leaves, dates and spirulina. The finished smoothie must now only be filled into a glass and decorated with mint and blueberries.
