Pumpkin seeds probably still know each:r from pumpkin carving. Of course, you can free the seeds from the pulp, dry them, roast them and coat them with honey and cinnamon. But the procedure (started with the pumpkin cutting) is associated with a lot of effort, so we have done it for you. Because the pumpkin seeds weren't enough for us, we went one better and added delicious sunflower seedsto the mix and coated them as well. What that resulted in? An incredibly delicious honey cinnamon flavored seed mixture that you have to try!

Is the snack vegan?

No. Since the mixture contains honey, it is not vegan. If you are looking for a vegan snack, check out our roasted corn kernels with salt or roasted and salted edamame beans.

Does the mixture of sunflower and pumpkin seeds contain gluten?

Pumpkin and sunflower seeds are naturally gluten-free. However, cross-contamination with gluten may occur during the filling process, as our filler also processes foods containing gluten. For this reason, we do not title our seed mix as gluten-free.
