Welcome to the KoRo Christmas bakery! We baked our new biscuits with our carefully selected speculoos spice mix according to a Dutch recipe. The big question: spiced speculoos, almond speculoos or butter speculoos?
On the search for the best speculoos biscuit, we tried all shapes and flavours and ended up with the classic spiced speculoos. We simply can't live through Christmas without this all-time classic. Let's get to it: mix wheat flour, sugar and vegetable oils with our selected spices and taste (try not to eat the whole dough before baking the biscuits). If you want to go typical Dutch style, add some illustrations to the biscuit's faces and throw them in the oven.
