I also ordered it for baking and unfortunately I am totally disappointed. I have prepared a marble cake according to old recipe. . Normally a very liquid dough with canola oil. Exactly according to instructions, I replaced 4 eggs with 80 g egg substitute and 160 g water. The dough was no longer runny but solid. The light and dark dough did not come together at all as it usually does. After baking, one had the impression that lighter and darker were like 2 strands of e.g. a yeast plait. Unfortunately, I have no idea how else to describe it. I will go back to using my classic soy egg. This product is so far the onlyKoro product that I find disappointing.
